The second add-on to the frenetic shooter, Resogun: Defenders features 2 all-new game modes - Protector and Commando - as well as new ships, and all new planets. Two brand new game modes, Protector and Commando, takes Resogun. The backdrops in particular are very disappointing as all the new stages look almost identical, just with a slightly different kind of fortress-like structure in the middle.īut despite the lack of content Resogun is the only launch game so far that feels complete. Resogun Defenders is set for February 17th on the Playstation 4 and will be available for 4.99 depending on your location. And even if you do whack up the difficultly the online co-op options allows you to visit any stage instantly, which lessens the excitement of unlocking each one in single-player mode.Īs for the visuals, we’re told the voxel technology is all very next gen and clever but apart from all the particle effects, which mimic the, still impressive, explosions of the original Defender there’s very little to get excited about. Take on two new game modes that turn the RESOGUN you know completely on its head. The fans of the game will be satisfied with its contents and the new gameplay features that make Resogun one of the best PS4 exclusives and a must buy among the contemporary shooters. Watch the latest video game trailers, and interviews from the biggest gaming conventions in the world. Defenders expands and improves an experience that was excellent since it was launched.
